Transfer money safely and securely via our WU Transfer option. Available worldwide via walk-in offices, simply visit the nearest location to you. Just call our Customer Services department at 800-940-6080 or use our form to get instructions. If you have made your transfer, go to Step 2 to provide your confirmation number so we can verify the transaction and update your account within minutes.
Please note: Western Union services are only available during Western Union's hours of operation. These hours are 10:00 am to 09:30 pm EST.


How to Use Western Union:

  • Log in to PitbullCasino.
  • Go to the Cashier section of PitbullCasino located on ‘My Home’
  • Click on ‘Deposit’ this will bring up our cashier page.
  • Select ‘Person to Person Transfer’
  • Proceed to ‘Step 1: Deposit using WU Money Transfer’ continue to fill out your personal information and the desired amount to deposit. When completed click ‘NEXT’
  • You will now be given a trace ID and a receiver’s name. Copy this information and take it to your nearest WU location.
  • When you present the receiver’s name along with the city and country of the receiver, the representative at WU they will give you a confirmation number called the MTCN number (MONEY TRANSFER CONTROL NUMBER). You will need this to complete step two.
  • When you arrive back from the WU location you are ready to perform ‘Step 2: Enter WU Money Transfer Confirmation Number’
  • By Clicking on Step 2, you will be asked to enter the trace ID and the MTCN number
  • Last step is to click ‘NEXT’ you will get a message that your transaction is ‘pending’, please allow up to 20 minutes for this transaction to be completed.
